1. Service Description

SoluStok is a multi-tenant ERP SaaS platform providing the following services:

Inventory & Stock Management - Real-time tracking of your products, categories, and available stock
Point of Sale (POS) System - Integrated cash register for your counter sales
Invoicing & Payments - Create supplier and customer invoices, track payments
Supplier & Customer Management - Complete database of your business contacts
E-commerce - Integrated online store to sell your products
Reports & Analytics - Dashboards to monitor your business performance

2. Terms of Use

2.1 Eligibility: You must operate a commercial or professional activity (formal or informal) to use this platform. Individuals can use the public e-commerce store to make purchases.

2.2 Account & Security: You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity from your account is your responsibility.

2.3 Multi-tenant: Each business has its own isolated space. Your data is only accessible to you and users you authorize.

2.4 Acceptable Use: You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.

3. Your Data and Intellectual Property

3.1 Ownership of your data: All data you enter into the platform (products, customers, invoices, etc.) remains your exclusive property.

3.2 Usage license: You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing our services.

3.3 Platform ownership: SoluStok, its code, design, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of SoluStok.

4. Responsibilities and Warranties

4.1 Service availability: We strive to maintain maximum platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

4.2 Backups: We perform regular backups of your data, but you are encouraged to maintain your own critical backups.

4.3 Limitation of liability: SoluStok cannot be held liable for business losses, activity interruptions, or indirect damages resulting from platform use.

5. Termination

5.1 By you: You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings.

5.2 By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or fraudulent use.

5.3 Data after termination: Your data may be deleted upon termination. We encourage you to export your data before proceeding with account termination.
